We are looking for a Waiter / Waitress to join our team on a full-time or casual role.
Working pattern: shift work – 3pm / 8am – / 12 – / – 11pm
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
As a Waiter you will be responsible for:
- creating memorable experience to our guest by using emotional engagement and high attention to details.
- being familiar with all menus and all products available.
- cleaning and setting up tables.
- taking orders for our wonderful guests.
- making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- assisting with the restaurant with in house telephone calls and messages from guests as well as taking reservations to the company standards.
