Brand New Opening in Edinburgh this April! Be part of something extraordinary! Join us for our iconic 5-star hotel opening of 100 Princes Street in Edinburgh, Scotland. We are looking for a Night Porter. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Night Manager.
Working pattern: 5 days on 2 days off / 11pm to 7:30am
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
As a Night Porter you will:
- welcome the guests;
- ensure their luggage is delivered correctly;
- assist the concierge team and book taxis and other forms of transport;
- answer general guest queries;
- assist with Room Service orders and preparation of food and drinks.
