We are looking for a Room Service Waiter. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Room Service Manager.

Working pattern: working 5 days per week with 2 days off / 7am – 3:30pm / 2pm – 10:30pm.

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

As a Room Service Waiter you will be responsible for:

  • taking room service orders for our wonderful guests.
  • delivering room service orders and providing 5 star exceptional service.
  • making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • being familiar with the a la carte menu, tasting menu and room service items.
  • recommending dishes and drinks to guests.
