The Front Office department is looking for a passionate Guest Services Agent to provide guests with outstanding service in this stunning hotel.
Working pattern: 5 days on 2 days off/ 40 hours per week.
We are looking for someone with previous hotel Guest Services Agent experience with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. This position has excellent progression opportunities and would be suited to someone with an enthusiastic personality in delivering excellent customer service.
As a Guest Services Agent you will be:
- Responding to enquiries in line with our mission statement: “no request is too large, no detail is too small”
- Provide warm and caring services to our guests
- Ensure that all arrival rooms are fully checked and prepared as per the guests’ preferences
- Act and represent Red Carnation Hotels according to its “passion for excellence” ethos
- Communicate and cooperate with hotel departments about regular guests, VIPs and their requirements
