We are looking for a Duty Manager on a full-time role. Reporting directly into the Front Office Manager, this role focuses on front office and has some elements of food & beverage.
Working pattern: 40 hours per week / working 5 days on and 2 days off / shift work.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role in a four or five star hotel, with excellent communication and organisational skills; a proven track record of problem solving while remaining calm. Someone flexible, innovative and adaptable.
As a Duty Manager you will:
- Work with the management team and Head of Departments across the hotel to support the efficient running of all departments.
- Demonstrate the ability to drive business and promote all the services.
- Have lobby presence to meet and greet guests with warmth and answering any queries they may have.
- Support the Front Office team with VIP guests.
