This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Night Manager.

Working pattern: 5 days on 2 days off / 11pm to 7:30am

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

As a Night Porter you will:

  • welcome the guests;
  • ensure their luggage is delivered correctly;
  • assist the concierge team and book taxis and other forms of transport;
  • answer general guest queries;
  • assist with Room Service orders and preparation of food and drinks.

The original building and its iconic features will be respectfully renovated, transforming it into an exclusive retreat on Edinburgh’s most famous street.
