This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Guest Services Manager.

Working pattern: 9am to 5:30pm (the shift times may vary according to business needs). Shift work from Monday to Sunday / 5 days per week with 2 days off.

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

As a Doorperson you are the face of 100 Princes Street. You are ready to greet our guests with a smile, while offering great knowledge of the hotel and local area. You are the first person our guests will see as well as the last; “first impressions are lasting impressions”.

Red Carnation Hotel Collection is a family-owned hotelier business with 18 stunning properties all over the world.

100 Princes Street will be our first hotel in Scotland. The original building and its iconic features will be respectfully renovated, transforming it into an exclusive retreat on Edinburgh’s most famous street.
