Responsibilities
- Support bartenders by restocking bar supplies, glassware, ice, garnishes and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, cellar, storage areas, ensuring health & safety standards are met.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar, replenishing stock and cleaning tasks.
- Provide efficient behind‑the‑scenes support during busy service periods to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous bar experience within a hotel or luxury hospitality setting, preferably in a Barback role.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for excellent guest service.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
