Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience in the bar area.
- Clean and prepare the bar area before service, ensuring it's well-stocked and ready for guest orders.
- Take orders from guests for drinks and food, delivering them promptly and professionally.
- Always maintain the bar and service areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Work closely with the Assistant Bar Manager and Bar Manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous bar experience within a Waiter/Waitress role with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a bar setting, ideally within a luxury hotel.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure all service aspects are carried out to the highest standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
