Central UK Head Office Red Carnation Hotels (London)

We are looking for a full time Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Central People & Culture team. This position is responsible for recruitment for 9 hotels and the Head Office in the UK.

Employment type: Full time

Working pattern:Monday to Friday / office basedwith visits to London properties / flexibility to travel within theUK when requested

Key Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Manager:

  • Lead and deliver a plan for end-to-endrecruitment across all UK hotels
  • Implement hiring strategies that reflect our culture, values,and commitment to exceptional service
  • Build strong external talent pipelines through proactivesourcing, headhunting and referrals
  • Identify and maintain strong talent internal pipelinesthrough proactive relationship building and on-going communication
  • Drive the implementation of a new ATS
  • Partner closely with our leaders to understand business needsand team dynamics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen ouremployer brand across LinkedIn and job boards
