We are looking for a full time Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Central People & Culture team. This position is responsible for recruitment for 9 hotels and the Head Office in the UK.

Key Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Manager:
- Lead and deliver a plan for end-to-endrecruitment across all UK hotels
- Implement hiring strategies that reflect our culture, values,and commitment to exceptional service
- Build strong external talent pipelines through proactivesourcing, headhunting and referrals
- Identify and maintain strong talent internal pipelinesthrough proactive relationship building and on-going communication
- Drive the implementation of a new ATS
- Partner closely with our leaders to understand business needsand team dynamics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen ouremployer brand across LinkedIn and job boards
