We are looking for an enthusiasticMaintenance Assistant tojoin our family on a full time basis . We are looking for someone that hasprevious experience as aMaintenance Engineeror Handyperson; with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team with greatcommunication skills, both verbal and written.

Working Pattern: Shift work (5 days on, 2 daysoff)
Salary:25,397 per annum plus service charge

KeyResponsibilities of aMaintenance Assistant:
- Respond quickly and efficientlyto all repair and maintenance issues throughout the hotel.
- Perform scheduled preventativemaintenance to ensure smooth operation of hotel facilities.
- Undertake painting and touch-upwork across public areas and back-of-house spaces.
- Maintain and organise tools,materials, and equipment related to maintenance tasks.
- Liaise with all departments tominimise disruption and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
- Carry out minor electrical,plumbing, carpentry, and general handyman duties as required.
- Ensure all work complies withrelevant health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Keep accurate maintenance recordsand assist in maintaining service logs.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a MaintenanceEngineer or Handyperson role, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
- Broad knowledge of basic tradesincluding plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
- Ability to work independently andas part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, bothverbal and written.
- Great attention to detail andproblem-solving skills.
- A calm and professional manner,especially when dealing with guests and urgent issues
- A flexible and proactive attitudewith a willingness to work varied shifts.
