We are recruiting for a talented andmotivated
Pastry Head Chef to join the culinary team at ourluxury hotel.
This is a full-time position, ideal for someone withprevious experience in a four- or five-star hotel or fine dining environment.
You will be responsible for the strategic direction, management, and day-to-day running of the pastry kitchen , ensuring exceptional quality and innovation across all dessert and bakery offerings.
You will report directly to the Executive Head Chef.

Key Responsibilities of Pastry Head Chef
- Lead and manage the entire pastryteam, setting standards of excellence and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Design and develop menus for à lacarte, banqueting, afternoon tea, and special events, showcasing creativity andseasonal ingredients.
- Maintain consistency andinnovation across all pastry products and presentations.
- Oversee ordering, stock control, and cost management, ensuring budget targets are achieved.
- Train, mentor, and inspire juniorpastry chefs, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
- Uphold the highest standards offood safety, hygiene, and allergen control.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Head Chef and senior culinary team to align with the hotel’s luxurybrand standards.
