The Rubens at the Palace (London, Victoria) is looking for an enthusiastic Night Auditor to join our family on a full-time basis. We are seeking someone with previous hotel Night Auditor experience, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. A positive attitude toward training and development and a passion for delivering personalised outstanding service to our guests are essential.

Location: The Rubens at the Palace Hotel, Victoria

Employment type: Full-time

Working pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off

Key Responsibilities of a Night Auditor:

  • Reconcile credit card banking for Rubens and Hotel 41
  • Compile reports for the next day and distribute to departments
  • Scan all relevant documentation overnight
  • Handle reservations and walk-ins, and deal with any guest queries

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within a hotel environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive attitude toward training and development.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
  • Experience using hotel management software and knowledge of audit procedures is a plus.
