We are recruiting for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie - Pastry to join the culinary team at our luxury hotel. This is a full‑time position, ideal for someone with previous experience in a four‑ or five‑star hotel or fine dining environment. You should be able to effectively work as part of a fast‑paced team and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will report directly to the Head Pastry Chef.

Salary: 31,000 per annum + service charge
Key Responsibilities of Pastry Chef de Partie:
- Set up and run the pastry section efficiently and independently.
- Assist the senior chef with day‑to‑day pastry operations.
- Prepare and present high‑quality desserts for à la carte, banqueting, and afternoon tea service.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all pastry offerings.
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff, sharing skills and supporting development.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organisation in your section.
- Conduct ordering and stock rotation for your area of responsibility.
- Always uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
