Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cim50 Manufacturing & Sage 50 Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting Cim50 Manufacturing and Sage 50 solutions. Key tasks include working closely with clients to analyze requirements, configuring software, providing training, and troubleshooting issues. The role also entails working collaboratively with the team to optimize systems and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in providing support, consultancy, and sales services for Sage 50 Accounts and CIM50 Manufacturing Software.
• Strong knowledge and experience in working with Crystal Reports and SQL for reporting and data analysis purposes.
• Proficiency in IT network skills to troubleshoot and address software-related network issues.
• Excellent project management skills to oversee implementation projects effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work closely with customers, understanding their requirements, and delivering effective training.
• Problem-solving mindset to address complex software-related challenges and provide suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
