To support the Room Manager in leading and managing the staff team in day-to-day operations to ensure the room runs smoothly, children are well cared for, engaged, and thrive, and to assist in the development of staff within the team. This is a large baby area spread over interconnecting rooms. This position would suit someone already in a similar or Room Leader type position or someone with supervisory experience wanting the next step.

What we offer you as an Assistant Manager:

  • A child-centric approach, allowing children to have fun and learn in the best environments.
  • A quality and professional environment, rated Outstanding with Ofsted, helping our Practitioners train and learn to this standard.

  • Easy parking.
  • Company and staff events.
  • Pension.
  • Discounted childcare.

We also pay an extra £1,000 per annum if you hold any of the following: SEND level 3, Forest School approved qualification, or any relevant Early Years qualification above Level 3. Fancy gaining more qualifications with us? We are here to help and support you.
