We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key partners to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and foster loyalty within the motorsport industry.

They will be required to play a critical part in executing the partnership strategy, aligning with the team\'s objectives of growing our fan base and maximizing the value derived from brand collaborations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Management

    Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute co-branded campaigns that resonate with target audiences;

    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    Liaise with key internal stakeholders to align partnership goals with broader marketing strategies and business objectives;

    Present partnership strategies and results to senior leadership, ensuring alignment on performance and areas for improvement.

  • Market Analysis

    Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities within the space.

  • Customer Relationship Management

    Develop and implement initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement and loyalty among our fan base through partnerships;

    Facilitate feedback loops with partners and customers to continuously improve partnership offerings.
