Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Wiz: Explore the marketing of some of the world’s leading brands. Consult with prospective brand partners, discovering their challenges and objectives to develop compelling and mutually beneficial partnership initiatives.
  • Commercial Wiz: Drive global business development efforts for the full portfolio of Red Bull assets across Sports, Culture, Brand and Media, delivering against individual and team revenue targets. Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial market analysis, client approach, proposal and pricing, final negotiations, contracting of partnership agreements, and managing delivery of the deal.
  • Numbers, Numbers, Numbers: Use data and insights to construct compelling sales stories. Manage a CRM database and provide data for reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ work experience in international marketing or commercial partnerships.
  • People management experience.
  • University degree in Marketing or a similar subject.
  • Fluency in English; German and other languages is a plus.
  • Outstanding expertise in and understanding of broad Marketing, including Sports, Culture, and Technology.
  • Demonstrable track record in securing successful brand partnerships.
  • Demonstrable track record in developing marketing assets (events, content).
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, conceptual, and creative capabilities.
  • Dynamic and energetic approach to work, with strong communication and negotiating skills.
  • Outgoing personality who thrives on cooperative thinking.
  • Broad network of brand contacts at global decision-maker level.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.838 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
