CONTACT STRATEGY

  • Establish effective joint working relationship with key people both internally and externally, including regular reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Think smarter with contacts, by utilising those in the fitness scene to create brand awareness and education.
  • Ensure all contacts are educated on Red Bull as a brand, and a product, in order to create brand advocates.
  • Optimise all aspects of your contact matrix to drive maximum availability and visibility of Red Bull.

FITNESS STRATEGY

  • Build a regional strategy, that will grow distribution in fitness outlets in your region.
  • Ensure the strategy complements the sports strategy as set by the National Sales Manager, while taking advantage of local trends and opportunities.

REGIONAL GROUPS
