We’re taking our People team to the next level, transforming how we partner with key stakeholders and team members across Red Bull Technology Group. As part of this journey, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Operations Assistant to deliver transactional services to a high standard, focussing on onboarding and maintaining employee data. The role will be fundamental to providing legal compliance and an efficient service across Red Bull Technology Group.

In this role you’ll work with your line manager to adopt a continuous improvement philosophy to identify process efficiencies. You will work with new starters and hiring managers to coordinate onboarding, reference processes and induction meetings for new hires. This role will work closely with all departments of the Human Resources team, giving great exposure to the fantastic work we do, as we know that collaboration is what drives us forward as a team.

To be successful in this People Operations Assistant role, you will need:

  • A basic understanding of employment law.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and have high attention to detail.
  • Previous experience within an administrative role.
  • To be working towards or hold CIPD Level 3 is desirable.
