Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team is one of two Red Bull-owned F1 teams. Today’s Formula 1 calls for a high level of specialist skills in every area. We are looking for an experienced Website Manager to be responsible for facilitating our acquisition & retention ambitions by creating and maintaining a best-in-class web experience for our VCARB web properties. They will contribute to creating and implementing the editorial strategy for VCARB Team and our Hospitality Team, and measure our activities to ensure our lower funnel is continually optimised.

Job Description

Digital Strategy and Content Engagement

  • Set the direction for our VCARB website, ensuring that our content is highly engaging and captivates our fans.
  • Create value and drive more frequent and lengthy engagement with the Team’s content.
  • Work closely with the Social and Content Teams to ensure best practices are in place to drive traffic to web.
  • Develop a customer-friendly approach to cross-selling and up-selling as we extend our range of services.
  • Work with the Partnership team to activate and integrate engaging partner activity.
  • Lead the delivery of creative projects and content using our Content Management System (CMS) solution.

Technical Optimization and Performance Analysis

  • Analyse funnel performance, provide regular reporting and insights, and find ways to improve conversion rate.
  • Support the CRM Manager in driving acquisition through the database, overcoming seasonal challenges, and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with the IT and Web Development teams to maximise website functionality.
  • Attend platform update sessions to understand best practices and implement them across web properties.
  • Maximise and expand the team’s web content footprint.
  • SEO optimisation to increase organic traffic.
  • Effectively lead all digital development, managing a roadmap of development items to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Raise, discover, and resolve any technical or maintenance issues regarding the site.
  • Use third-party platforms such as Oracle Infinity IQ and Power BI for analysis and insights.

Brand Alignment and Expertise

  • Have a clear understanding of the VCARB brand, positioning & TOV, be the expert in what sets us and our content apart.
  • Develop and maintain a best-in-class web experience for VCARB properties, supporting acquisition and retention goals by ensuring seamless user engagement and functionality.
  • Create and execute the editorial strategy for the VCARB Team and Hospitality Team, continuously measuring and optimizing activities to enhance lower-funnel performance and drive conversions.

Collaboration

  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with the IT team and Web Development units as well as key programming and communications and editorial leads within the VCARB Team to ensure synergies across editorial and that all copy is produced and published in accordance with Team messaging and style guidelines.
  • Work with the Partnership Team to identify and report back on any partner integration across all aspects of the website and to activate and integrate engaging partner activity.

Qualifications

  • You will be well practiced in optimising web journeys and UX, in order to demonstrably increase conversion.
  • You’ll have a robust understanding of GDPR/data privacy & security.
  • You will have superb interpersonal skills, working in a sometimes complex matrix organisation.
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and international environment.
  • Open-minded, flexible and have a positive attitude toward new challenges, with a willingness to learn, embrace new technologies and business change.
  • Desired: Working knowledge of Oracle CX systems.
