Administrative Support and Coordination
Ownership and lead of all administrative tasks across the partnership team including scheduling regular calls, leading the partnerships WIP meeting and reports; Organising regular face-to-face meetings, collating weekly status reports, managing diaries and handling expenses and purchase orders; Develop and maintain a centralized database for partnership-related documents and communications to ensure easy access and tracking.
Event and Asset Management
Assist with the wider delivery of partner contractual assets including factory tours, tickets and coordination of driver and Team Principal time; Coordinate logistics and manage timelines for partnership-related events and activities to ensure seamless execution.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work with internal departments to support essential tasks for the partnerships team such as travel arrangements, financial processing, legal compliance and hospitality services; Facilitate communication between the partnerships team and other departments to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Reporting and Analysis
Collate and prepare reports related to partnership performance for internal stakeholders; Conduct regular audits of partnership processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency producing actionable insights for the team.

Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Business Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience). Multiple years experience in executive administrative and team support. Experience in working with internal stakeholders. Exceptional organisational skills and relationship management. Open-minded, flexible and have a positive attitude towards new challenges. Proactive, responsive and flexible approach to find creative solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills both spoken and written. A team player always keen to seek a positive outcome and involve the right parties in the process with strong collaboration skills. Able to work independently and comfortably in a fast-moving environment and able to handle challenging situations and deadline pressures well whilst prioritising and managing workloads proactively. High level of precision and focus on the finer details. Excellent organisational skills and troubleshooting capabilities. Available to travel and participate in 15 to 19 events a year.
