Marketing Apprentice to be based in London, UK.

Join to apply for the Marketing Apprentice FTC 36 Months role at Red Bull. Most of a week will be devoted to academic learning for the Chartered Management Degree Apprentice (CMDA) combined with practical work application.

As part of this apprenticeship you will contribute to campaigns that connect our core audiences with powerful and engaging campaigns, support events that grow top‑of‑mind awareness of Red Bull among UK consumers, and gain a strong grounding in core business and management aspects. On successful completion you will achieve a BA honours degree in Business Management and accreditation from the Chartered Manager Institute (CMI).

Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings and managing documents.

Event and Partnership Activation

  • Assist in planning and coordinating sponsorship activations, sports events, and promotional activities.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns for sports events, including pre‑event promotion and post‑event analysis.
  • Collaborate with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and events.
  • Provide on‑site support during sports events, such as managing branding, promotional materials and audience engagement activities.

Course Details

This is a list of the main duties or tasks that the post holder will be expected to be competent in upon completion of the L6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship. The curriculum includes:

  • Support the development of organisational strategies and plans.
  • Understand how a project moves through planning, design, development, deployment and evaluation.
  • Learn how to plan, organise and manage resources to achieve organisational goals.
  • Manage budgets, control expenditure, and produce financial reports.
  • Explore innovation and digital technologies and their impact on the organisation.
  • Build and lead teams, empowering and motivating others to improve performance or achieve outcomes.
  • Build rapport and trust, develop networks, and maintain relationships with people from a range of cultures, backgrounds and levels.
  • Use evidence‑based tools and ethical approaches to problem‑solve and critically analyze, synthesize and evaluate to support decision making.
  • Drive to achieve in all aspects of work and be flexible to the needs of the organisation.

  • Commitment to ongoing self‑development and training, including willingness to complete the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship L6.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management skills.

  • 3 or more A‑Levels (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.
  • As you will be receiving a degree at the end of the course, you must not already have a degree to apply.
