Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Procurement Specialist to be based in London, UK.

The UK Procurement team manages a wide range of indirect spend categories, predominantly comprising Fleet, Travel, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, IT, Logistics and Facilities.

Reporting into the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of both our Travel and Fleet categories.

In addition to this, the Procurement Specialist provides support to the Procurement team by carrying out general administrative duties including reviewing vendor onboarding request and passing this detail onto the AP team.

Job Description

Fleet

Key operational contact for Fleet Management Company (FMC) and associated vendors.

  • Ensuring efficient car allocation across functional and marketing vehicles from onboarding, thought in-life, to vehicle end-of-life/return.
  • Wings Minis – being the key operational contributor to this key marketing initiative – managing total fleet needs including conversions, maintenance and tracking.
  • Onboarding & training management for all drivers.
  • Orchestrating partners to carry out duties – such as fuel/milage reporting, license checks, telematics, vehicle movements etc.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage fleet requirements by team / role, including HR & Finance.
  • Supporting fleet drivers with operational needs.
  • Travel
  • Key operational contact for Travel Management Company (TMC).
  • Maintaining all employee data on TMC Platform.
  • Management of all long-term accommodation requests.
  • Leader for “MICE” (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) development program – reviewing how this is provided to UK business users.
  • Delivery of travel training to all business users.
  • Ensuring accuracy/relevance of and adherence to RBUK travel policy.
  • Supporting travellers with queries.

  • Sustainability: leading the fleet & travel contribution to Red Bulls Net-zero goals.
  • Procure-to-pay: be key initial contact Procurement Team in the vendor onboarding process – managing the review, data collection and approval of new vendor responses.
  • Create data insights & reports to drive cost-saving/efficiencies/sustainability improvements across both categories – supported by the Procurement Manager responsible for this area.
  • Delivering financial tasks relating to role – including invoice approvals & coding.
  • Running projects & initiatives to drive operational responsibilities forward.

Qualifications

  • Strong and established experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Operations or similar operational role.
  • Stakeholder management (internal and external).
  • Experience in data analysis with a high level of capability in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong time management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results.
