National Account Executive â Limited Service Restaurants
Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Executive â Limited Service Restaurants to be based in The Field, UK.
The NAE LSR is responsible for growing sales and distribution of Red Bull SKUs within Limited Service Restaurants (LSR), covering nationalâscale restaurant brands in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and coffee shop sectors.
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable managing existing customers with strategic joint business plans, as well as winning new business. They must be able to demonstrate experience winning new business and be comfortable with the endâtoâend new business cycle â from engaging stakeholders, to presenting and negotiating commercials, to onboarding a new customer.
They will be commercially savvy and able to think two steps ahead of the decisions they make, considering both the internal and external impact of commercial decisions. They will have brilliant communication and relationshipâbuilding skills, a naturally tenacious personality and a passion for new business.
All the responsibilities we\âll trust you with:
New Business Development
Drive growth and distribution within the LSR universe. Track the development of a new business pipeline and create distribution growth that demonstrates RB UK market as progressive and a global leader within LSR. Be a strong, confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills and a capability to flex style when appropriate.
Account Management
Manage and develop existing business with key LSR customers. Identify and develop new volume and distribution opportunities within the foodservice sector. Deliver agreed customer volume and profit targets and support the Channel Manager and SNAM in delivery of the wider channel and company initiatives.
Customer Contact Strategy
Proactively manage customer contact strategy and tackle any obstacles. Conduct timely meetings with contacts to ensure development of the overall business plan. Develop strong crossâfunctional relationships to ensure all opportunities are maximised with a robust calendar of initiatives.
Red Bull Contact Strategy
Build and maintain an internal contact strategy to help meet overall account targets. Include trade marketing, category, supply chain and finance. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including the Global LSR team, Sales Director, Channel Manager, Head of OnâPremise Marketing, Field Sales Team, Commercial Finance & OnâPremise National Account Teams.
Category Expertise
Become an expert in category, consumer and customer and grow the Energy Drinks category incrementally, with a particular focus on the opportunity in LSR key accounts.
Brand Advocate
Be a brand advocate to your customers, contacts and Red Bull and mirror the brand values in order to deliver enhanced brand perception at all times.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role
Proven FMCG experience, ideally in foodservice national accounts.
Evidence of winning new business that delivers against strategic objectives.
Proven account management & P&L understanding.
Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
Motivated, autonomous and selfâstarter mentality with a focus on results and customers.
