Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Category Specialist - High Street & Value Retail on a 6 months FTC to be based in London, UK.
To drive Total Soft Drinks and Energy category sales and profit within High Street and Value retail customers, through externally-facing, practical Category Management initiatives and shopper understanding.
- Insights: Providing data-driven insights, analyses and recommendations to strategic customers that optimise long-term category growth by positively shaping strategy on: range & distribution, space, merchandising & availability and price & promotions.
- Providing insights, analyses and recommendations to NAMs that help to optimise Red Bull performance.
- Building relationships: Developing effective, credible relationships within strategic customers with buyers, Category Merchandising manager, Category Marketing Manager and the team.
- Strategic vision: Aligning all activities and plans with the Red Bull category vision and strategic growth drivers. Delivering channel-wide initiatives that help to deliver Red Bull Strategic objectives.
- Testing and trialing: Designing, implementing and measuring trials that test category building initiatives.
Proven experience in a category, sales or retail function – customer facing experience desirable.
