This role ensures all Red Bull Technology Group guests — both internal and external — receive a premium experience when visiting the Technology Campus.
You will support Partners, guests and suppliers by delivering exceptional front‑of‑house service, coordinating guest logistics, assisting with hospitality and commercial activities, and providing event and administrative support.
Based at the Red Bull Technology Campus in Milton Keynes (no race travel required), you will act as the first point of contact on site — delivering a brand‑led guest experience while ensuring smooth, professional day‑to‑day operations. This role is full time on site.
Main Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Act as the first point of contact for partners, guests, and suppliers.
- Provide a welcoming, professional, and brand‑aligned reception experience.
Campus Operations
- Coordinate guest arrivals, calls, security access, and parking.
- Ensure seamless daily reception operations.
- Conduct sales, maintain inventory control and branded merchandise displays in our on‑site ORBR Shop.
Facilities & Presentation
- Maintain presentation standards across reception, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
- Manage on‑brand merchandising and product replenishment.
Events & Activations
- Support internal and external events, including set‑up and breakdown.
- Collaborate with Marketing and cross‑functional teams to deliver elevated experiences.
Administration
- Manage mail, fan correspondence, SOPs, stationery orders, and purchase orders.
- Support ad‑hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
Skills & Attributes
- Experience in fast‑paced, customer‑facing roles.
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and proactive.
- Flexible with working hours and adaptable to change.
- Confident communicator with Microsoft 365 proficiency.
- Team‑oriented and solutions‑focused.
