Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of composite manufacturing technicians and chargehands. Deliver production plans in line with quality, cost, and delivery targets. Drive a strong safety-first and Right First Time culture. Monitor performance, resolve production issues, and escalated risks proactively. Support training, performance management, and team development activities. Champion continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and productivity. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production Control and Programme teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Requirements Significant experience within composite manufacturing. Strong understanding of prepreg carbon fibre manufacturing processes. Previous experience leading or supervising manufacturing teams. Knowledge of laminating, vacuum bagging, autoclave curing, bonding, trimming, and assembly processes. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working within a fast-paced production environment.
