Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Apprentice to be based in London, UK. As part of the Talent Acquisition and Chartered Management Degree Apprentice (CMDA) program, you will balance academic and practical learning. You will study for a BA honours in Business Management and receive Chartered Manager Institute accreditation. During the apprenticeship you will gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, employer branding and candidate experience, supporting the full hiring cycle for both experienced and early‑career roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Coordination – support the full recruitment lifecycle from role posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Candidate Experience – ensure all candidates receive timely, professional and friendly communication.
  • Sourcing & Attraction – help create job adverts and social posts, attend careers fairs and events to promote Red Bull opportunities.
  • Data & Process Support – track key hiring metrics, analyse trends using Universum data and identify process improvements.
  • Inclusion & Employer Brand – assist with initiatives to drive inclusive hiring and improve employer brand presence.

Qualifications & Knowledge:

  • A passion for people and creating great experiences.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn about recruitment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A friendly and confident approach to working with others.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office; knowledge of an ATS is a plus.
  • 3 or more A‑Levels (or equivalent) at Grade C or above. You must not already hold a degree.
