Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for an On Premise Apprentice to be based in London, UK. As an On Premise Insights Apprentice and Chartered Management Degree Apprentice (CMDA), you will engage in a dynamic blend of academic learning and practical application. Your week will be divided between dedicated study for your degree and applying your evolving skills and knowledge within the workplace. Alongside the course, you will create commercially oriented insight solutions to influence On Premise business strategy. Delivering impactful actionable insights that model internal and external data to provide valuable action for the business, you’ll work end to end on projects from shaping briefs to analysing outcomes. Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve a BA honours degree in Business Management, complemented by accreditation from the Chartered Manager Institute (CMI).
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales & trade marketing teams with regular, actionable insights to enable them to tailor customer presentations, strengthen conversations, and activate on‑premise outlets.
- Support the production of regular insight reports and dashboards by collecting, cleaning, and analysing data from multiple sources to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities.
- Take the lead on strategic briefs and manage relationships with key industry insight agencies, ensuring research and insight delivery aligns with briefs.
Course Details:
This L6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship will develop your ability to support organisational strategies, manage projects through planning, design, development, deployment and evaluation, plan and manage resources, control budgets, analyse financial reports, apply digital technologies for improvement, build teams, motivate colleagues, network across cultures, use evidence‑based tools, and drive performance in all aspects of work.
