Red Bull UK is recruiting for an Athlete Marketing Manager based in London, UK.
This role manages Red Bull UK\’s Athlete Marketing programme, showcasing Red Bull as the brand that truly Gives Wings to the world’s most exciting and talented athletes. You will develop strategic athlete partnerships and impactful storytelling to connect with sport-interested consumers and highlight the functional benefits of Red Bull products.
The role also involves exploring new sporting territories to identify untapped potential and ensuring Red Bull remains at the forefront of culture and performance. The Athlete Marketing Manager plays a key role in supporting athletes’ progress in their sports and fulfilling their dreams, aligning with Red Bull’s brand mission.
Responsibilities:
- Athlete Management
- Manage a portfolio of Red Bull UK athletes, ensuring alignment with brand values and strategy.
- Scout and onboard new talent, maintaining a world-class roster.
- Set performance goals, develop athlete projects, negotiate contracts, and report on athlete impact.
- Athlete Marketing Strategy
- Contribute to national strategy, develop activation plans, manage budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to amplify athlete impact.
- Creativity & Ideation
- Lead creative initiatives, develop disruptive ideas, and drive sport-changing projects combining performance, culture, and storytelling.
- Collaboration
- Build internal relationships, act as the central contact for the athlete team, and foster a culture of openness and innovation.
- Sports Team Development
- Support wider teams, contribute to athlete business planning, and deepen understanding of the UK sporting landscape.
