We’re excited to be searching for a Procurement Expeditor to join Red Bull Powertrains. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring all Purchase Orders and Works Orders are effectively scheduled and maintained to meet business delivery requirements, while supporting the efficient and effective use of resources. This position is focused on the procurement and scheduling of manufacturing components and products, within a low-volume, high-precision environment.

You’ll work closely with the Procurement Team and a wide range of internal stakeholders to maintain the daily plan and act as a first point of escalation for any issues or delays that may impact delivery. Role Responsibilities:
  • Proactively expedite suppliers on a daily basis to ensure adherence to agreed delivery dates, including regular communication, monitoring order status, and resolving potential delays before they impact production.
  • Maintain the RBPT business system with accurate and up-to-date planned operation schedules to support overall delivery. This includes keeping operation start times current and ensuring load graphs are levelled to reflect accurate due dates and resource requirements.
  • Manage supplier commitments, escalating risks where needed and working collaboratively with internal teams to maintain supply chain continuity.
  • Place indirect Purchase Orders as required to support the Procurement Team, and manage picks and shortages to ensure smooth throughput across allocated process areas.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience within a fast-paced procurement or supply chain environment, with an understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and scheduling.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a low-volume, high-precision manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a willingness to improve processes and challenge the status quo.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a strong sense of accountability, reliability, and team spirit.
