Your responsibilities:
- Identify affected parts using ERP, NCR and fault management systems.
- Determine quantities, locations and status of suspect material.
- Coordinate the collection and quarantine of affected stock.
- Execute recall and quarantine actions in accordance with containment procedures.
- Support urgent containment actions on critical quality issues.
- Update part status within Epicor and associated quality systems.
- Maintain accurate records of quarantined and inspected material.
- Generate containment reports and status updates.
- Track progress of containment activities through to completion.
- Raise and manage containment-related transactions and jobs.
Your experience:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Understanding of first principle dimensional inspection techniques.
- Understanding of part traceability and material control.
- Good appreciation of quality processes and non-conformance management.
