As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across our electronics engineering, manufacturing and assembly operations.

You will leverage Lean methodologies, data analysis, and structured problem‑solving tools to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, enhance process quality, and promote a culture of operational excellence.

Working collaboratively across multiple departments, you will support the design and implementation of sustainable system and process improvements that align with department objectives.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can

  • Process & Analysis
  • Analyse operations using Lean tools and data to identify inefficiencies.
  • Conduct studies, observations, and problem‑solving.
  • Solution Design
  • Develop and implement improvements to boost performance and standardisation.
  • Ensure alignment with key business goals.
  • Project Support
  • Lead/support CI projects (DMAIC, PDCA, A3).
  • Facilitate workshops, track KPIs, and report progress.
  • Documentation
  • Maintain CI records and update SOPs and process documents.
  • Promote knowledge sharing.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to drive improvements.
  • Coach employees and encourage a continuous improvement culture.
  • Candidate Profile
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence within manufacturing or assembly environments.
  • Practical knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Standard Work).
  • Familiar with structured problem‑solving approaches such as DMAIC, A3, and 8D.
