Red Bull Technology have an exciting opportunity for an undergraduate to join our Safety, Health and Environment Department based in Milton Keynes. You will be a valued member of the team, fully integrated into the day-to-day activities that support the development, testing, and maintenance of our cutting‑edge electronic systems used across the organisation. As a SHE student placement, you will assist the team in fostering a positive safety culture, supporting compliance with Safety, Health and Environmental regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement activities across the organisation.

Main Accountabilities

  • Support the creation and maintenance of SHE compliance documentation, including risk, chemical and machinery assessments, registers, and records.
  • Assist with workplace inspections, environmental audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
  • Input and manage data within Safety Management Systems and help maintain key SHE documentation such as safety data sheets and training records.
  • Contribute to incident and near‑miss investigations by helping identify root causes and preventative actions.
  • Help develop and deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness campaigns to promote a strong SHE culture.
  • Provide general administrative support, attend meetings, and shadow team members to gain insight into wider business and departmental activities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Be available to start your placement in July 2026.
  • Currently working towards a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field, with a strong interest in workplace health and safety.
  • Demonstrates strong observational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify hazards and suggest improvement opportunities.
  • An effective communicator who can confidently engage with colleagues across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and similar software tools.

The placement will be for 1 year, starting in the summer of 2026.
