We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Test Technician to join our Powertrain team, playing a key part in ensuring the performance, reliability, and quality of our systems.
Reporting to the Test Technician Team Leader, you will contribute to the department's daily operational excellence through:
- Performing routine sign-off, inspection, and validation of Powertrain components and assemblies.
- Building test rigs and installations from technical drawings and specifications.
- Maintaining and supporting dynos, test equipment, and associated facilities to ensure maximum uptime.
- Accurately recording, analysing, and communicating routine test data.
- Following and promoting strict health and safety procedures.
- Maintaining business-critical documentation with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you will bring experience from one or more of the following environments:
- A technician role within Formula 1 or high-level motorsport (trackside or factory based).
- Component or systems testing in F1, high-level motorsport, or OEM environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and effectively under time pressure.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to technical problem solving.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
