This role leads the creative strategy, design execution, and visual identity for all commercial projects across Oracle Red Bull Racing, Esports, and wider Red Bull Technology initiatives. You’ll create and manage high-impact visual assets for sponsorships, partnerships, events, hospitality, and other commercial opportunities, working closely with teams across Operations, Partnerships, Brand, Digital, Communications, Fan Engagement, Esports, and Red Bull GmbH in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve the visual identity of Oracle Red Bull Racing and Red Bull Technology Group, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Create visually compelling creative campaigns in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams to support brand and commercial objectives.
  • Deliver high-quality digital and print design across web, social, presentations, events, merchandise, and packaging.
  • Design sponsorship and partnership collateral that aligns with both Red Bull and partner brand guidelines, including pitch and acquisition materials where required.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver projects on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and explore innovative visual and media techniques to keep the brand fresh, impactful, and cutting-edge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering high-quality design work across commercial, marketing, and brand projects, ideally within a fast-paced or high-profile environment.
  • Experience creating commercially focused design assets, including campaigns, digital content, presentations, merchandise, or partnership collateral.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with marketing, commercial, and external stakeholders to translate briefs into impactful visual solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple design projects simultaneously, working to tight deadlines while maintaining brand consistency and creative quality.
