We’re offering an exciting opportunity to become a key part of our Race Team Travel Operations Team as a Travel Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you’ll support the Race Office by managing all aspects of business travel across the company — from booking travel and accommodations to handling visa applications and providing vital administrative support. This position places you at the heart of the action, playing a crucial role in ensuring the seamless travel logistics behind our world-class racing operations. Your impact:

  • Responsible for arranging all Race Team & Marketing travel specifically focused on visa and passport administration
  • Updating and maintaining team personal data – in line with the General Data Protection Regulations
  • Ensuring any travel arrangements are appropriate and approved in accordance with Company travel procedures
  • General administration for the department

To be considered for this Travel Coordinator role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within F1 or Motorsport industry (desirable but not essential)
  • Have a good understanding of current international travel documentation/visa requirements and current travel guidelines
  • Experience using MS Excel and various data trackers/management systems
  • Be highly flexible and accommodating
  • Possess both strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a high degree of computer literacy
  • Be able to work under pressure and out of hours

Please note that this role will initially be offered on a 12 month fixed term basis.
