For many fans of Formula One, the sport exists between lights and chequered flag on a Sunday afternoon. It begins and ends with the exploits of the drivers on the track. But this is merely the tip of the spear. The reality of modern F1 is that of a complex and intertwined operation, every part of which needs to perform near its limit if success is to be achieved. From the pit crew searching for the ultimate repeatable pit stop, to the inspiration of the designers, the application of engineers and the herculean efforts of an army of fabricators and machinists. Much of our success is thanks to the diversity of thought and spectrum of skill sets held within the team, our ability to recognise unique contributions from individual team members is just a part of why we love what we do.
At Red Bull Powertrains, we’re redefining F1 power unit technology, pushing the limits of innovation and manufacturing grand prix winning power unit components. Join a team of talented individuals and visionaries dedicated to creating the future of motorsport. If you have the passion and expertise to drive excellence, the challenge starts here. - Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information in the manufacturing system.
- Support the budget planning and cost monitoring processes as required, helping to manage expenditure across the department.
- Be a focal point of support and advice for the team on procurement matters.
- Work efficiently and independently, ensuring tight deadlines are consistently met.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvements and innovation within the procurement process.

- Proven experience in the successful procurement of low‑volume, high‑complexity, mechanical components for internal combustion engines (ICE).
- A strong technical understanding and ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Creative and proactive approach to problem‑solving and process improvement.
- Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a high level of reliability.
