We’re looking for a strategic and detail-focused Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Digital Platforms team at Red Bull Racing. This is a key role for someone with strong experience in content strategy, platform optimisation, and fan engagement, taking ownership of our editorial media channels. You’ll lead the performance and development of redbullracing.com and redbullsimracing.com, ensuring great user experience, strong SEO, and measurable results.
Main Responsibilities of the role:
- Digital strategy & channel optimisation: Define and deliver digital strategy across owned channels, including SEO, content optimisation, and audience insights. Own KPIs and performance tracking, using analytics and AI-driven tools to improve engagement and output.
- Stakeholder leadership & cross-functional coordination: Act as the main point of contact for owned media, aligning stakeholders and connecting teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns and improve user experience.
- Operations & technical oversight: Oversee technical roadmaps and prioritise work based on business needs. Manage workflows, product updates, and act as the key escalation point.
- Tools & platform management: Own and optimise the owned media tech ecosystem (CMS, analytics, automation). Drive innovation and define long-term platform strategy with product and tech teams.
