We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to focus on Red Bull Advanced Technologies.
This role will serve as the primary point of contact and business partner for the RBAT team, overseeing all financial planning activities, including both operational and capital expenditures (Opex & Capex).
Main responsibilities you’ll find with this role:
- Ensures a timely distribution of financial information (plan & actual) to every budget holder by sending out reports and by presenting the information in regular meetings.
- Provide financial support to prepare business case justification for new commercial opportunities.
- Measure and review the performance and cost/benefit ratio of existing and proposed activities, both commercial and capital projects.
- Communicating financial information with Customers external to the Red Bull Group.
- PIR (Post Implementation Review) of projects to ensure profitability targets are being achieved.
- Responsible for being the outlet between Budget Holders & HR for all personnel cost project reporting and financial planning related activity in keeping with the 5-year CAPEX planning.
- Allocation of all costs inclusive of sensitive payroll information to projects.
- Communicates timings and input needed during the budget process.
- Reviewing costs and revenues, highlighting any master data changes to mirror organisational responsibilities.
- Business Plan/Revised Estimate data collection and data entry into Planning systems.
- Builds a solid relationship with budget holders based on mutual respect and trust.
- Managing the CAPEX Planning/Reporting and approval process.
- Responsible for working with Budget Holders in keeping the 5-year CAPEX plan up to date.
Who we are looking for:
- Qualified in CIMA or ACCA with a strong amount of Finance experience, preferably in Management Accounting.
- Power BI, ERP, SAP & BI experience is preferable, but not essential.
- Experience in Manufacturing or Automotive industry is advantageous.
