We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Stores Person to join our well-established Goods‑In Department. This is a key role supporting the wider supply chain plus the technical and manufacturing areas from the design to build of our championship winning cars. This role is a 3 Month Fixed‑Term Contract.
Key Requirements:
- Recent experience in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure stores or goods‑in environment
- Experience within Motorsport or Aerospace (ideal but not essential)
- Strong commitment to delivering work to the highest standards
- High levels of accuracy, organisation, and traceability when receiving, storing, and distributing parts
- Ability to work closely with planners, buyers, and other stakeholders
- Confidence in identifying shortages and maintaining strong inventory control
- Ability to pick parts to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Experience performing stock checks, stock takes and cycle counts
- Strong skills using digital stock management systems and ERP software
- Self‑motivated, able to work effectively without direct supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, time‑sensitive environment
- Willingness to work the late shift (4:30pm‑1:30am Mon – Fri, additional weekend shift may be required)
- Counterbalance forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
