Purpose:

  • The Senior Partnership Executive plays a key role in the execution, delivery and optimisation of world‑class partnership activations. Acting as a trusted support to the Senior Partnership Manager, the role takes ownership of defined projects and activations, manages day‑to‑day partner administration and performance tracking, and contributes to strategic planning, insights and continuous improvement across partner accounts.
  • The role requires a strong balance of attention to detail, collaboration, analytical capability and confidence, with growing responsibility for leading smaller activations, mentoring junior team members and building deeper partner relationships.

Accountabilities:

  • Take ownership of the day‑to‑day management of Commercial and Lifestyle Partners, building strong and credible working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take an active role in the execution and delivery of partnership activations, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, to a high standard and aligned with contractual and brand requirements.
  • Lead on all administration activities across assigned partner accounts, including scheduling, reporting, documentation and tracking of deliverables.
  • Take responsibility for key projects and activations, with guidance and input from the Senior Partnership Manager.
  • Utilise data sources to track performance against partnership objectives and KPIs; prepare campaign reviews, partner reports and performance summaries.
  • Analyse results, identify trends and benchmark activity against industry best practice, linking insights back to partner objectives.
  • Support strategic planning by proactively identifying opportunities to improve asset delivery, activations and partner outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure all partner activities are well planned and executed effectively.
  • Manage day‑to‑day partner, agency and internal stakeholder communications, supporting the wider team across accounts where required.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date calendars, trackers and reporting documents daily.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of budget management and financial tracking for partnership activity.
  • Support process improvements and identify ways to strengthen partner relationships and activation effectiveness.
  • Keep a commercial mindset in identifying new revenue streams for the business.
  • Take online management or mentoring responsibilities where appropriate, including supporting the onboarding and development of Coordinators.
  • Develop strong industry knowledge and proactively share insights, case studies and best practice with the wider team.

Essential Competencies:

  • Experience in B2C marketing, partnerships, agency or sports marketing environments.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaboratively manage relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving capability, with confidence working with data and performance metrics.
  • Project management experience with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • High level of accuracy in administration, reporting and documentation.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused and adaptable approach in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team collaboration.
  • Financial literacy with an understanding of budgets and commercial objectives.
  • Confident and professional approach to leading smaller activations and projects.
  • Curiosity and commitment to developing industry knowledge, best practice and case studies.
  • Flexibility for global travel as and when required.
