We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator (Electronics) to join a high-performing team delivering cutting‑edge projects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and coordinating the supply of electrical and electronic components and assemblies, ensuring they are delivered on time, to specification, and at the best possible value. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in managing supplier relationships, driving performance, and ensuring capacity aligns with project demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of electronic components for assigned projects.
  • Expedite orders, proactively identifying risks and resolving supply issues.
  • Analyse supplier performance and track key KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Production, Engineering, Quality and Logistics.
  • Identify capacity constraints and proactively source new suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate ERP/system data (e.g. Epicor or similar).
  • Support budget tracking (Capex/Opex) and cost monitoring.

  • Proven experience in procurement of complex, low-volume electronic or technical components.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with experience monitoring supplier performance.
