Red Bull Powertrains is offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Support Engineer to join our Manufacturing team as we enter our first-ever racing season with our own power unit. You’ll play a key role in progressing from initial build to delivering a fully refined, race-ready engine package, helping to drive performance and support our ambition to compete at the very front of the 2026 Formula One grid.
As an F1 Manufacturing Support Engineer, you will serve as the primary liaison for machine providers, handling breakdowns, servicing, scheduling, on-site spares, warranties and service agreements, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient machine management, as well as machine LEV management and infrastructure-based projects.
Key accountabilities:
- Conduct risk and COSHH assessments within the machine shop, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Manage coolants and fluids, acting as the primary contact for our service providers and overseeing the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and waste disposal to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist with the movement of machines, raise CAPEX requests for new equipment and identify and mitigate single points of failure through scenario planning.
- Work closely on continuous improvement plans for the manufacturing facilities.
- Define and monitor the capability of the manufacturing facilities.
- Work on defining and managing TPM for each machine.

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
