Red Bull Racing & Technology have an exciting opportunity to join our championship winning team in the role of Heritage Parts Coordinator. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the demands of the Heritage Supply Chain, providing parts and services to mechanics and ensuring the electronic integrity of all Heritage/TPC cars and their associated Pit Gear. Reporting to the Stores Team Manager, the role will manage the archive stores area, working closely with Heritage staff to support part supply for builds and events.
Utilising the company ERP systems, the successful applicant will ensure that stock management is maintained to the highest standards, including liaising with finance/technical regards for obsoletion/disposal of identified product.
Key responsibilities:- Support Heritage car builds, being based in the Heritage race bays during build as a constant point of contact, managing the movement of parts for TPC build/turnaround and the various Heritage/Museum rebuilds throughout the year.
- Work closely with various Heritage staff to prioritise critical parts and meet build and shipping deadlines.
- Liaise with the recently appointed Heritage EPM Coordinator to ensure cars are built correctly physically and electronically to the right spec and allocation.
- Complete TPC and Heritage specific build and spares picks and deliver to the build bays or spares cabinets.
- Manage the implementation of new Pit Gear standards ensuring we have the correct kits for each of the running showcars, stored and stocked correctly.
- Proven stores/stock management experience within a similar environment.
- ERP and Lifing System knowledge is essential (Epicor and TLS systems preferred).
- A committed and flexible attitude, working to rigid and tight deadlines.
- An excellent verbal and written communicator, being able to deliver concise and clear messaging to all levels within the technical, operational and heritage team.
