What we’re looking for:

  • An apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 vocational qualification or higher in Mechanical or Motor Vehicle Engineering and relevant technical experience
  • Strong knowledge of operating modern automated test equipment
  • High understanding of motor vehicle technology and knowledge of F1 Powertrain architecture
  • Familiarity with Power Units, basic electronics and hydraulics systems ideally within a motorsport environment.
  • Experience of using test cell instrumentation and external measurement devices
  • Strong practical skills with good manual dexterity
  • Previous experience using engine and/or powertrain test beds in a top-class racing environment will be very beneficial to this role

Joining us means being part of a high-performance team that thrives on collaboration, trust, and ambition. We celebrate wins, learn from challenges, and take our work seriously—but not ourselves. Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy:

  • Bonuses
  • Private healthcare
  • A pension scheme
  • On-site gym
