We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Professional to work with our Property team at the Red Bull Technology Campus in Milton Keynes.
This position will play a key role in supporting our Campus Operations, ensuring the Building and Infrastructure and Facilities services within them appropriately support the wider business. You will need to use your operational experience to ensure that all requirements are delivered in a timely and cost effective manner.
As you would expect with F1, our facilities as well as our cars are constantly evolving, and you will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver this evolution to the business.
Purpose
To lead the Facilities team to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations and provide a safe, compliant and inspiring place to work for the RBTG staff.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing a single point of contact for any Facilities related issue on the site
- Ensure our planned maintenance programme is delivered with minimum operational impact
- Provide a dynamic reactive response service, liaising with all stakeholders to ensure they understand the timescales for resolution
- Work with stakeholders to effect change in the buildings as departmental demands develop
- Support our Marketing team with events/ tours that generate demand on the facilities department
- Ensure we have a robust budget to deliver services, and that risks and opportunities are flagged
In Addition
- Work with the departments and our projects team to turn ideas into practical solutions.
- Become a key stakeholder in larger projects, to ensure long term operation is considered in design
Essential Competencies
- Operational Experience, running a large, multi‑serviced facility
- Working knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical building services systems
- Working knowledge of the whole construction process
- Familiar with managing activities in line with the Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations.
