Red Bull Technology are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician (Event Support) to join our Heritage Assembly Team. In this position you will be part of the Heritage Assembly Team providing operational support at TPC and show‑car promotional events as well as responsible for the building, servicing, and maintenance of all heritage car assemblies.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare, operate and maintain a complete array of car systems and sub‑assemblies for TPC and show‑car promotional events.
- Become an integral member of the Assembly Group ensuring there is free and open discussion to promote ideas for continuous improvement.
- Responsible and accountable for delivering objectives on time, escalating any problems identified whilst working unsupervised.
- Communicate all build quality issues to the appropriate stakeholders including Chief Mechanic during events to ensure all faults are recorded.
- Work in accordance to the team’s job management processes and business operating systems (MES/Epicor) to assist planning.
- Maintain assembly build specification, revision control, component lifing and hardware allocations in accordance with Production Control Group procedures.
- Manage assembly and component stock levels in conjunction with Production Control Group.
- Operate in accordance with the company Safety, Health, and Environmental guidelines.
- Assist and support any ad‑hoc Assembly Group or Car Build activities.
