Red Bull Powertrains are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing Finance team as a Supply Chain Finance Business Partner! Reporting to the Supply Chain Controller, this role will deliver clear insights into actual and forecasted costs for our Power Unit production programme, helping ensure financial resources are used efficiently in our pursuit of race-winning performance. As part of a fast-paced and evolving Formula 1 environment, this position offers the chance to contribute directly to the growth of our operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage PU Supply Chain budgets and forecasts (Opex/Capex) independently.
  • Develop structured plans for FIA Cost Cap consolidation and ensure regulatory support.
  • Partner with Supply Chain on the transition to PU production and 2026 customer supply.
  • Produce regular forecasts and financial insights, including BoM and inventory data.
  • Maintain accurate coding and approvals, while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Essential Competencies for this Finance Business Partner position:

  • Newly qualified (or finalist) CIMA/ACCA with management accounting experience, ideally in engineering or manufacturing.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP and BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence handling and interpreting large datasets.
